Delivery

Your order is delivered within 10 working days from the date of validation of your order.

The standard shipping method is Colissimo off without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, thank you for contacting us. Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package. 

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order.

We recommend that you group all your items on the same form. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk.

Return

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product. Thank you to send us a mail to: ctd@languille.paris, to inform us of your withdrawal wish.

The cost of return shipping of the items are supported by the customer. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its new, unworn, unwashed and accompanied by the return form.

If the item is not returned within a week, the return will be considered canceled and the customer will keep the proceeds.
